The aptitude test is organised nationwide under the authority of the Prefect of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, by the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur sports resources, expertise and performance centre.
The declarant is assessed by a jury appointed and chaired by the head of the regional deconcentrated department of the State responsible for sports in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur or his representative and comprising : – a representative of the French Parachuting Federation; – one or more representatives of professional organisations; – one or more qualified technicians holding at least a level IV state diploma in parachuting.
