Representatives of the Assembly of French Guyana participate in the work of the consultation body for regional cooperation policies in the Antilles-Guyane zone provided for in I of article L. 4433-4-7.

The Assembly of French Guyana may use local semi-public companies and semi-public companies governed by the loi n° 46-860 du 30 avril 1946 tendant à l’établissement, au financement et à l’exécution de plans d’équipement et de développement des territoires relevant du ministère de la France d’outre-mer pour la mise en œuvre des actions engagées dans le cadre des compétences qui lui sont dévolues en matière de coopération régionale.

The territorial collectivity of French Guyana may, under the conditions determined by an agreement with the State, designate public employees of the territorial collectivity to represent it within the diplomatic missions of France.
