When a temporary residence permit bearing the words “seeking employment or setting up a business” is issued pursuant to 1° of article L. 422-10, its holder is authorised, during the period of validity of this permit, to seek and hold a job related to his/her training or research, with remuneration above a threshold set by decree and modulated, where applicable, according to the level of diploma concerned.
