At least once a year, the Secretary General of the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution and the Director General of Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control exchange information on supervisory activities relating to the provisions of the Consumer Code.

For the application of the sixth paragraph of article L. 612-24, the summons is sent to the person concerned in the manner provided for in article R. 612-9, at least eight days before the date of the summons. The decision to extend the scope of supervision provided for in article L. 612-26 is brought to the attention of the person to whom the scope of supervision is extended by letter sent in the manner provided for in article R. 612-9.

The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution has four months to rule on an application for approval of all or part of a code of conduct submitted pursuant to Article L. 612-29-1. During this period, it may decide to extend this period to six months.
