The duties of a member of the Board of Directors are incompatible with those of a member of the establishment’s Scientific Council or the Scientific Council of the Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé.

The duties of a member of the Board of Directors, other than those of its Chairman, are free of charge. They entitle the holder to reimbursement of travel and subsistence expenses under the conditions laid down in the school’s internal regulations.
