The same natural person may not receive more than two grants per year under Chapter II.The same legal entity may not:1° Receive more than six grants per year under this Title;2° Receive more than two grants under Chapter III for projects intended to be made available to the public on the same digital channel, and submit its second application less than six months after the first grant decision.

The beneficiaries of the grants are:1° Natural persons who are French nationals or equivalent;2° Legal entities that are production companies established in France.
Recipients of aid must:1° Either have at least 10,000 subscribers on a single digital channel at the date of the application for aid;2° Or have directed or produced a work that has won a prize at a festival on the list annexed to this book over the last five years.
Except when they are awarded under 2° of article 432-1, the amount of aid may not exceed 50% of the final cost of the work.
The amount of aid may not exceed €30,000 when it is awarded under 1° of article 432-1. Its amount is fixed at €2,000 when it is awarded under 2° of the same article.
The grant is paid in a single instalment when the decision to award the grant is made.
The beneficiary of a grant has eighteen months from the date of the award decision to submit the following to the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée: 1° In the case of a grant awarded under 1° of Article 432-1, the supporting documents mentioned on the list appended to this book; 2° In the case of aid awarded under 2° of the same article, proof that the project…
Selective financial aid is awarded to support the production and broadcasting of a coherent set of quality works of artistic or cultural interest intended for initial public viewing on digital channels and contributing to the enrichment and editorial content of these channels.
