The company is formed under the condition precedent of the publicity provided for in article R. 743-138 between clerks of the commercial court who are natural persons.

With a view to publicising the formation of a joint venture, the partners send the company’s articles of association to the Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice, by tele-procedure on the Ministry of Justice website.

The formation of the joint venture is published in the Journal officiel de la République française, on the initiative of the Minister of Justice.

In the event of the dissolution of the partnership, notification of this dissolution is brought to the attention of the Minister for Justice, the Keeper of the Seals, by teleprocedure on the website of the Ministry of Justice by the partner or partners who requested the dissolution.
