As soon as the injunction is received, the employer informs the project owner or the client, within a period of fifteen days, of the measures taken to put an end to the situation. The project owner or client will immediately forward this response to the inspection officer who issued the warning.
If the employer fails to respond to the injunction, the project owner or client shall inform the officer who issued the alert within two days of the expiry of the time limit provided for in article R. 8281-2.
