Indicative occupational exposure limit values, constituting prevention objectives, may be set by joint order of the Ministers of Labour and Agriculture.
The sampling procedures, methods and means to be used to measure concentrations of hazardous chemical agents in the air, as well as the characteristics and conditions of use of personal protective equipment against these agents, are laid down by joint order of the ministers responsible for labour and agriculture.
