The conditions of access of the delegate of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and his representatives, representatives of humanitarian associations and journalists holding the professional identity card mentioned in article L. 7111-6 of the Labour Code, to places of detention are set by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
If necessary, the administrative authority may, throughout the duration of the detention, decide to move a foreign national from one place of detention to another, subject to informing the competent public prosecutors of the place of departure and the place of arrival, as well as, after the first extension order, the competent liberty and detention judges.
In accordance with article L. 264-1, the provisions of articles L. 752-1 to L. 752-12, L. 753-1 to L. 753-12, L. 754-1 and L. 754-3 to L. 754-8 are applicable to foreign nationals whose situation is governed by Book II.
