TITLE I: The network of Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

The essential rules of organisation and financial, budgetary and accounting procedures applicable to establishments in the network of chambers of commerce and industry comply with the requirements specified by order of the minister responsible for overseeing chambers of commerce and industry.
