TITLE IV: The Commercial Court Registry.

In the event of dissolution of the company, the liquidator is chosen from among the partners of the société de participations financières de profession libérale de greffiers des tribunaux de commerce, companies holding an office or commercial court clerks, former commercial court clerks or former commercial court clerk partners. The liquidator shall proceed with the transfer of the shares that the société de participations financières de profession libérale de greffier des tribunaux de commerce holds in the société(s) d’exercice libéral under the conditions provided by Article R. 743-128.

The dissolution of the company is brought to the attention of the public prosecutor and the Conseil national des greffiers des tribunaux de commerce at the behest of the liquidator.
