Article R4423-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The provisions of articles R. 2131-1 to R. 2131-4 are applicable to the electronic transmission of acts of the Corsican local authority. For the application of these provisions, the words: “the municipality”, “the prefect” and “the mayor” are replaced respectively by the words: “the Corsican regional authority”, “the prefect of Corsica” and “the president of the executive council of Corsica”.
