The grant allocated to the regions of Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique and Réunion comprises a first part equal to 80% of the amount of the grant intended to compensate for expenditure on studies and conducting the operation and a second part equal to 20% of the amount of the grant, intended to compensate for material expenditure.

The amount of the grant is set at 152,500 euros for each of the overseas regions.

The portion intended to compensate for expenditure on studies and the conduct of the operation shall be the subject, at the request of the President of the Regional Council, of two payments of equal amount. The portion corresponding to material expenses is paid in two equal instalments. The first payment is made when the matter is referred to the regional prefect, the regional economic, social and environmental council and the council for culture, education and the environment, pursuant to article R. 4433-7.
