The results of the checks and the report provided for respectively in 1° and 2° of II of Article D. 6221-23 are sent to the Minister of Defence for the medical biology laboratories under his authority and, for the laboratories on the list provided for in II of Article L. 6147-7, to the relevant regional health agency.
The provisions of Section 1 of Chapter II of Title II of this Book do not apply to medical biology laboratories under the authority of the Minister for Defence and not on the list provided for in II of Article L. 6147-7.
The provisions of articles R. 6222-4, R. 6222-5 and R. 6222-8 do not apply to medical laboratories under the authority of the Minister of Defence.
The provisions of articles D. 6222-6, D. 6222-7 and D. 6222-9 do not apply to medical biology laboratories under the authority of the Minister of Defence.
For medical biology laboratories under the authority of the Minister of Defence and appearing on the list provided for in II of Article L. 6147-7, the certificate referred to in Article R. 6222-10 is sent by this Minister to the relevant regional health agency as soon as it is received.
When the General Director of the Regional Health Agency is informed of facts constituting an imminent danger to the safety of patients or persons working in the laboratory, he shall order the immediate suspension, in whole or in part, of the activity in question after informing the legal representative of the laboratory without delay. When the Minister for Defence is informed by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency of facts constituting an imminent danger to the safety of patients or persons working in a laboratory under his authority, he must send his observations and a description of the corrective measures he intends to take to the Director General within fifteen days.
