The application for authorisation referred to in Article R. 6213-5 must be sent to the national management centre by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, accompanied by a dossier, the composition of which is set by an order of the Minister for Health. The national management centre acknowledges receipt of the application within one month of its receipt.
If the Minister for Health fails to respond within four months of receiving the complete application, the authorisation application will be rejected.
