The Minister for Justice shall monitor compliance with the conditions set out in articles L. 1441-6 to L. 1441-17 relating to individual candidacies. This control also applies to the person mentioned in article L. 1441-12 who gives a mandate to his collaborating spouse.
The personal data recorded relating to the user of the automated processing is as follows: 1° Surnames, first names and title; 2° The authorisation granted to the user for the appointment of labour tribunal members, specifying the user’s rights to access and consult, create, modify and delete data in the processing.
The recipients of the personal data referred to in articles D. 1441-22-2, D. 1441-22-3 and D. 1441-22-4 are as follows: I. – For the appointment of labour tribunal members: 1° Officials of the Directorate of Judicial Services of the Ministry of Justice ; 2° Officials of the Directorate General of Labour of the Ministry of Labour; 3° Officials of the national criminal records office in the context of consultation of…

The Minister of Justice shall organise, as necessary and at least once a year, the additional appointments provided for in article L. 1441-25.
Industrial tribunal members are appointed pursuant to article L. 1441-26, by joint order of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Labour, published in the Journal officiel de la République française. The provisions of section 3 of this chapter apply to additional appointments. No administrative appeal may be lodged against the order granting additional appointments of industrial tribunal members.
Continuing education for employment tribunal members may be provided : 1° By public establishments or training institutes for State personnel; 2° By public higher education establishments; 3° By private not-for-profit organisations that : a) Are attached to professional and trade union organisations that have obtained, at national level, one hundred and fifty seats in the most recent industrial tribunal nominations, spread over at least forty départements ; b) Dedicate themselves…
For the establishments and bodies mentioned in 2° and 3° of article D. 1442-1, the benefit of the provisions of articles D. 1442-3 and D. 1442-4 as well as access for salaried labour tribunal members to the rights provided for in the second paragraph of article L. 1442-6 are subject to approval by the Minister responsible for labour. Agreements are concluded, within the limits of the appropriations provided for this purpose, between the establishments and bodies mentioned in article D. 1442-1 and the Minister for Employment.
