On proof of referral to the commission, the tribunal de grande instance shall stay the proceedings until the expiry of the six-month period provided for in Article L. 615-21 unless the commission has already formulated its conciliation proposal.
Failing agreement between the parties, only the commission’s proposal shall be brought to the court’s attention.
The agreement between the parties resulting from the conciliation proposal in the case provided for in Article L. 615-21 is made enforceable by decision of the President of the Tribunal de Grande Instance within whose jurisdiction the conciliation proposal was made.

The search report which must be produced in any infringement proceedings brought pursuant to an application for a utility certificate or a utility certificate shall be drawn up at the written request of the applicant. The request shall be admissible only if it is accompanied by proof of payment of the prescribed fee.
The provisions of Chapters I, II, III, V, VI and VIII of this Title shall apply to utility certificate applications and utility certificates, with the exception of Articles R. 612-56-1 to R. 612-69, the third paragraph of article R. 612-71 and articles R. 613-60 to R. 613-62.
The filing fee for a supplementary protection certificate does not cover the first annual instalment. Payment of the annual instalments falls due on the last day of the month of the anniversary date of the filing of the basic patent application. Aggregate payment of all the annual instalments may be accepted if made within one year before the certificate takes effect.
The articles R. 611-18 to R. 611-20, R. 612-1, R. 612-2, R. 612-5 (1°), R. 612-6, R. 612-7, R. 612-36, R. 612-38, R. 612-52, R. 612-71 (paragraphs 1 and 2), R. 612-72, R. 613-45 to R. 613-59 and R. 618-1 to R. 618-3 shall apply to applications for supplementary protection certificates and supplementary protection certificates.
