Chapter III: Conditions for setting up certain healthcare activities and heavy equipment

The purpose of home hospital care is to provide continuous, coordinated medical and paramedical care in the patient’s own home. This care differs from that usually provided at home in the complexity and frequency of the procedures.

I.-The holder of the hospital at home authorisation contributes to the assessment and orientation of the patient. If necessary, they provide psychosocial care and therapeutic patient education.
