The holder of a medical authorisation for the care of children and adolescents participates in the territorial paediatric care network, which aims to strengthen cooperation in order to facilitate continuity in patient care and meet the need for expertise. It also participates in the paediatric critical care network.
The holder sets up a system for managing medical beds or participates in a system set up either by the hospital grouping itself, when it is part of a regional hospital grouping, or jointly with other establishments.
The provisions of this sub-section apply to the cross-sectional imaging equipment mentioned in 2° of Article R. 6122-26 used for diagnostic procedures.
