Title II: Continuing vocational training schemes

I.-The personal training account of the person referred to in article L. 6323-33 is credited with 800 euros per year of full-time or part-time admission to an establishment or service providing assistance through work, up to a ceiling of 8,000 euros. The provisions of articles D. 6323-6, D. 6323-7 and D. 6323-8 are applicable to training courses run by the person referred to in article L. 6323-33 which are eligible for the personal training account under this section.

The contribution from the establishment or work-based support service mentioned in article L. 6323-36 is equal to 0.20% of the base equal to the sum of: 1° On the one hand, the fraction of guaranteed remuneration mentioned inarticle L. 243-4 of the Code de l’Action Sociale et des Familles which is financed by the establishment or work-based support service; 2° And, secondly, half of the state-funded job subsidy mentioned in…
