The data mentioned in article R. 2143-11 are kept by the Agence de la biomédecine for a period of one hundred and twenty years from the date of their registration in the processing. By way of derogation from the first paragraph, in the event that a donation does not give rise to any live births, the data mentioned in 1° of article R. 2143-11 is deleted.
