Foreign nationals holding residence permits issued in mainland France, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, as well as those holding resident permits issued in New Caledonia, may stay in Saint-Barthélemy.Residence permits issued in Saint-Barthélemy allow residence in mainland France, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
