Chapter III: General obligations of traders

The nationals mentioned in Article 9 of Order No. 2016-1809 of 22 December 2016 on the recognition of professional qualifications of regulated professions not falling within the scope of Articles R. 123-1 to R. 123-30-7 may apply for recognition of their professional qualifications in accordance with the procedure set out in the provisions of Articles R. 123-30-9 to R. 123-30-13.

If the applicant temporarily stores data on interim computer media made available by the computer service mentioned in Article R. 123-30-9, the administrative authority responsible for implementing this service shall, at the end of the storage period of a maximum of twelve months, erase all the data and files thus stored. The applicant is notified in advance by electronic means.

The administrative authority responsible for implementing the data processing service may not keep the information and documents contained in the file beyond a period of two months, starting from the transmission of the file to the competent authority provided for in Article R. 123-30-11. .
