The standardised models for the statistical statements referred to in articles R. 1614-22 and R. 1614-23 are set by joint orders of the Minister for the Interior and the Minister for the Sea.
The standardised documents and media, referred to in article R. 1614-24 and 1° of article R. 1614-26, are provided free of charge by the State.
Agreements between the State and the territorial authority or grouping of territorial authorities may provide for: 1° The transmission of computer media complying with the specifications of national information systems in place of standardised documents; 2° The joint production of statistics other than those referred to in articles R. 1614-22 et R. 1614-23.
The Prefect shall communicate to the representatives of the local authorities and their groupings, within one month of their publication, the statistics drawn up at departmental, regional and national level, using the information they have transmitted pursuant to this paragraph. .
