BOOK VI: FINANCIAL AND ACCOUNTING PROVISIONS

Articles R. 1614-10 to R. 1614-15 set out the conditions under which the region, pursuant to article L. 1614-7 and of Article 50 of Law no. 93-1313 of 20 December 1993 on work, employment and vocational training, is required to continue compiling statistics relating to the exercise of the powers transferred to it in terms of continuing vocational training and apprenticeships.

The president of the regional council sends the regional prefect the following standardised information relating to the use of the regional apprenticeship and vocational training fund: 1° Information relating to training actions or units: numbers enrolled, trainee hours and regional operating subsidies by type of organisation and training course; 2° Information relating to trainees: socio-demographic characteristics and remuneration; 3° Information relating to apprenticeships provided in the standardised forms relating to…

Agreements between the State and the region may provide for the transmission of the information provided for in article R. 1614-11 by computer files complying with the specifications of national information systems. They may also provide for: 1° The adaptation of standardised forms relating to apprenticeships to the region’s own statistical requirements and the joint production of specific statistics; 2° The implementation of complementary information systems.

The standardised forms and information referred to in Article R. 1614-11 are set, after consulting the committee for the coordination of regional apprenticeship and continuing vocational training programmes provided for in article 84 of the loi n° 83-8 du 7 janvier 1983 relative à la répartition des compétences entre les communes, les départements, les régions et l’Etat et du Conseil national de l’information statistique institué par le décret n° 84-628…

The president of the regional council will provide the regional prefect with the information needed to draw representative samples of the training and integration pathways of young people leaving the education system. .

The regional prefect communicates to the president of the regional council the results of regional and national use of this information.
