The secretariat of the Commission Départementale d’Aménagement Cinématographique (Departmental Cinematographic Development Commission) ensures that applications for cinematographic development authorisations are complete. The Ministry of Culture’s regional directorate for cultural affairs examines them.

At least five days before the meeting, the members of the Commission départementale d’aménagement cinématographique will receive, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, the agenda, together with the investigation reports drawn up as part of the investigation provided for in article R. 212-7-8. The communication of these documents to the local elected representatives called to sit on the departmental cinematographic development commission is equivalent to transmission to their representatives.

When a new application is submitted, in application of article L. 212-10-2, following substantial modifications to the project or a change of sign, the information provided in support of this application describes the modifications envisaged and their consequences on the information contained in the initial application.
