Book IV: General health administration

The provisions of articles L. 1454-6 and L. 1454-7 are applicable to the members of the consultative commissions set up by the ministers responsible for health and social security, as well as to persons who occasionally collaborate in the work of these commissions.

The persons mentioned in I and II of article L. 1451-1 and in article L. 1452-3 are liable to a fine of 30,000 euros if they knowingly omit, under the conditions laid down by the same article, to draw up or amend a declaration of interests in order to update the data contained therein or to provide false information that undermines the truthfulness of the declaration.
