The joint health project for Guadeloupe, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin is the subject of an opinion from the Conference on Health and Autonomy, the local authorities of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, the interested local authorities of Guadeloupe and the representatives of the State in Guadeloupe, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin. It may include a specific section for each of these local authorities.

The health democracy territories provided for inarticle L. 1434-9 are defined by the health agency for Guadeloupe, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin at the level of these local authorities and may cover the territorial jurisdiction of the agency, or be smaller or larger than it.
