The agency, company, association or establishment applying for authorisation to provide the service of transporting a body before committal or transporting a body after committal, as referred to in article L. 2223-19, must produce proof that the vehicle or vehicles used to carry out any of these services comply with the requirements laid down in paragraph 2 of sub-section 4 of this section.

The agency, company, association or establishment applying for authorisation to manage and use a funeral home, referred to in article L. 2223-19, must produce proof that the funeral home complies with the requirements laid down by the articles R. 2223-74 to D. 2223-87.

The agency, company, association or establishment applying for authorisation to provide the conservation care referred to in article L. 2223-19, must produce proof that the staff carrying out this care hold the national thanatopractor’s diploma provided for in Article L. 2223-45 or meets the conditions set out in the articles L. 2223-47 à L. 2223-51.

A public body or delegate applying for authorisation to manage a crematorium, as referred to in article L. 2223-41, must produce the certificate of compliance of the crematorium with the requirements mentioned in article D. 2223-99.
