Book IV: General health administration

The regional health plan defines the multi-year objectives of the regional health agency in its areas of responsibility, and the measures designed to achieve them, in line with the national health strategy and in compliance with social security funding laws. It takes particular account of the local health contracts that exist in the region.

The illegality due to a formal or procedural defect in the regional health plan and its components as provided for in article L. 1434-2 may not be invoked by way of exception after the expiry of a period of six months from the date on which the document concerned takes effect.
