The recognised organisation authorises the agents mentioned in Article L. 3115-1 to access its premises, its internal instructions and its documentation systems, including the systems used, relating to the performance of the duties assigned in this subsection. This inspection may be supplemented by a counter-inspection by a vessel chosen by the authorities.
