Pharmacy shop windows and areas designed to be visible from the outside may only be used to display activities which may lawfully be carried out in pharmacies. Pharmacists must keep their local Association Council informed of any contracts or agreements for the supply or provision of services which they have entered into with both public and private establishments, as well as with health or social welfare establishments. The same applies to payment delegation agreements entered into with social security bodies, mutual insurance companies or insurers.
