The communes of the Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis and Val-de-Marne departments contribute to the expenses of the Paris fire brigade, including capital expenditure relating to the barracks. After deduction of miscellaneous income, the allocation of these expenses is calculated in such a way that the respective expenses of the commune of Paris and the communes in question are proportional to the population figures of each of these communes.
The provisions of Book VI of Part One and those of Book III of this Part, with the exception of articles L. 2333-64 to L. 2333-75, are applicable to the municipalities of the Ile-de-France region subject to the provisions of this chapter.

The basis of assessment for the payment intended to finance mobility services is made up of earned income as taken into account to determine the basis of assessment for health insurance contributions payable by employers and allocated to the financing of basic health insurance schemes. The payment is recovered under the same conditions and with the same guarantees as the said contributions.
