I.-The articles L. 2123-31 to L. 2123-33 are applicable to the communes of French Polynesia subject to the adaptations provided for in II. II.-For the application of article L. 2123-32, the words: “as regards health insurance” are replaced by the words: “by the local health insurance scheme”.

The articles L. 2123-34 and L. 2123-35 are applicable to the communes of French Polynesia in their wording resulting from Act no. 2019-1461 of 27 December 2019 on involvement in local life and the proximity of public action.
