The radiation protection advisor appointed by the employer pursuant to Article R. 4451-112 may also be appointed by the person responsible for the nuclear activity pursuant to Article R. 1333-19 of the Public Health Code.
Under the responsibility of the employer, the radiation protection advisor participates, with a view to prevention, in safeguarding the health and safety of workers.
