The department shall draw up a departmental plan of motorised hiking routes under the conditions provided for in Article L. 361-2 of the French Environment Code.
The French National Olympic and Sports Committee concludes agreements with bodies managing natural areas, subject to compliance with the regulations specific to each area, with the aim of setting the conditions and procedures for access to these sites for outdoor sporting activities that are compatible with the collective service plans for natural and rural areas and for sport.
