The budget prepared by the Tourist Office Director complies with the provisions of articles L. 1612-2 , L. 2221-5 and L. 2312-1 of the General Local Authorities Code.
The draft budget is deemed to have been approved if none of the municipal councils to which the matter has been referred for approval has made known its disagreement within thirty days of receipt of the draft budget.
The dissolution of the Intercommunal Tourist Office is decided by joint decision of the municipal councils concerned.
The provisions of articles R. 133-20 to D. 133-31 apply to intermunicipal tourist offices.
For the application of article L. 141-2, a Government Commissioner is appointed to the French Tourist Development Agency by order of the Minister for Tourism. The Government Commissioner attends meetings of the Agency’s Board of Directors and is heard whenever he or she so requests.
