PART THREE: THE DEPARTMENT

The provisions of article L. 2512-25 are applicable to the departments of Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis and Val-de-Marne.

Under the conditions set out in Book III of the town planning code, the Hauts-de-Seine department participates in financing the construction, renewal, renovation, maintenance and management of public works and spaces, and the promotion and management of services of general interest located in the La Défense business district.
