Title III: Aid for integration, access and return to employment

The youth employment contract referred to in article L. 5131-6 is opened by the legal representative of the local mission or Pôle emploi to young people who are not students or in training and who are experiencing difficulties in accessing long-term employment, assessed in the light of the young person’s situation, taking into account, where applicable, the nature of the employment contract and the percentage of work.

I.-The youth commitment contract includes the assessment referred to in article L. 5131-6 and defines: 1° The commitments of each party with a view to achieving the objectives set in relation to the young person, in particular the appointment of a referral advisor, responsible for supporting the beneficiary throughout his or her career.
