Book II: FORMATION AND EXECUTION OF CONTRACTS

The information mentioned in articles L. 224-73 and L. 224-74 are an integral part of the contract. The professional may only modify all or part of the information provided in the event of force majeure or a formal agreement between the parties.

The consumer has a period of fourteen clear days to withdraw from one of the contracts mentioned in articles L. 224-69 and L. 224-70, without giving any reason. He has this right from the day of conclusion of the contract or from the day of its receipt, if this receipt is subsequent to the day of conclusion of the said contract, without compensation or costs.
