The duration of paid performances attended by children belonging to a manécanterie producing travelling shows as part of the educational project of an educational establishment constitutes actual working time within the meaning of article L. 3121-1.
The proportion of the remuneration received by the child, the amount of which may be left at the disposal of the child’s legal representatives, is set by the committee referred to in article R. 7124-20.
