The Chairman of the Board of Directors is responsible for drawing up proposals on the general guidelines of the establishment and its programme of activities as referred to in 1° of article R. 7345-3, in order to submit them to the Board of Directors for deliberation.

The Board of Directors is convened by its Chairman as often as the smooth running of the institution requires and at least four times a year.
