Part Seven: Provisions specific to certain professions and activities

The Prefect takes the decision provided for in the first paragraph of article L. 7422-6 with the assent of the departmental committee provided for in article R. 7422-1. He takes the decision provided for in the second paragraph of article L. 7422-6 on the simple advice of this committee.

Orders issued by the Prefect in accordance with articles L. 7422-6 and L. 7422-11 are published and inserted in the departmental administrative records within one month of the date on which they were issued.
