Article L. 6311-1 is applicable in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands by replacing the words: “fire and rescue services” with the words: “territorial systems”.
Article L. 6312-1 is applicable in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands.
Articles L. 6211-3 and L. 6211-3-1 are applicable to Wallis and Futuna in the wording resulting respectively from Law no. 2023-379 of 19 May 2023 on improving access to care by trusting healthcare professionals and Law no. 2016-41 of 26 January 2016.
Subject to the adaptations provided for in this article, the provisions of the last paragraph of Article L. 6111-6-1, of Article L. 6147-10, of the I of Article L. 6147-13, of Article L. 6326-1 and of Article L. 6329-1 are applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia in the version resulting from Order No. 2018-20 of 17 January 2018.
