Failure to comply with an establishment closure ordered or pronounced pursuant to articles L. 3332-15 or L. 3332-16 is punishable by two months’ imprisonment and a fine of 3,750 euros.
Setting up a takeaway in areas covered by the provisions of article L. 3335-2 is punishable by a fine of €3,750.
If an unemancipated minor or an adult under guardianship practices the profession of public housekeeper, the penalty is a fine of €3,750. In addition, the court may close the establishment for up to five years.

Repeated offences under articles L. 3352-3, L. 3352-4, L. 3352-8 and L. 3352-9 are punishable by six months’ imprisonment and a fine of €7,500. In the event of a repeat offence under article L. 3352-8, the court shall order the permanent closure of the establishment.
