Article L3512-10 of the French Public Health Code

Article L3512-12 of the French Public Health Code

It is forbidden to sell or offer free of charge tobacco products as defined in article L. 3512-1 or ingredients as defined in article L. 3512-2 to minors under the age of eighteen in tobacconists and any other shops or public places.
