The alert provided for in the third paragraph of Article L. 6221-9 is sent to the Minister for Defence for the laboratories under his authority. This minister immediately informs the regional health agency concerned when the alert concerns a laboratory on the list provided for in article L. 6147-7.

Without prejudice to articles L. 1223-2 and L. 5313-1, the Armed Forces Blood Transfusion Centre is subject to the provisions of this chapter in respect of activities likely to give rise to medical biology examinations.
