The holder of the surgical oncology authorisation must ensure that the surgeons who carry out surgical oncology are qualified in the speciality in which they operate and have regular oncological activity in this field. The holder of the authorisation for surgical oncology of children and adolescents under the age of 18 with grade C has surgeons who hold a qualification in the speciality in which they operate or a specialist…

Without prejudice to the application of the provisions of articles R. 6123-91-2 and R. 6123-91-3, at least one surgeon with the qualifications mentioned in article D. 6124-132-1 takes part, either physically or by videoconference, in the multidisciplinary consultation meeting dealing with the file of a patient likely to benefit from oncological surgery.

The organisation of multidisciplinary cooperation around the complex surgical oncology care pathways provided for in 2° of article R. 6123-92-3, must include the following protocolisation procedures: 1° For holders of the B1 visceral and digestive oncological surgery qualification, intraoperative multidisciplinary collaboration, in particular with qualified doctors specialising in thoracic and cardiovascular surgery; 2° For holders of the B2 thoracic oncological surgery qualification, intraoperative multidisciplinary collaboration, in particular with qualified doctors…

The holder of the authorisation for surgical oncology with designation A ensures that the minimum annual activity mentioned in article R. 6123-91-4 is respected on the site throughout the authorisation period.
