The multidisciplinary team or teams mentioned in article D. 6124-256 include one or more psychiatrists.
Where minors are hospitalised under the conditions mentioned in articles R. 6123-189, R. 6123-190 and R. 6123-191, the authorisation holder is provided with an environment and equipment suitable for this type of care. Hospitalised minors may not share a room with an adult.
The multidisciplinary team or teams referred to in article D. 6124-256 comprise: 1° One or more child and adolescent psychiatrists; 2° One or more early childhood educators or specialised educators depending on the age of the patients; 3° Where necessary, one or more teachers.
Each site providing inpatient care has indoor and outdoor living and play areas.
The authorisation holder organises patient stays according to the age groups being cared for.
